• All gift cards are digital gift cards. Once purchased, you will receive an email with the gift card information. Forward this email to your recipient with a special note from you, if desired. 
  
• In this email there will be a unique gift card code that your recipient can use at checkout.
• Because gift card codes are considered currency, only you as the customer (and your recipient) can see the full gift card code. If you or your recipient lose the gift card code, email fort & field so we can resend the gift card.
• fort & field can check the balance on your gift card(s) and send that information to you as well.
• Gift cards never expire.
• Gift cards can be used towards the entire final order total including shipping and taxes.
• More than one gift card can be used towards a purchase. And, an additional payment form (like a credit card) can be used for any remaining balance after the gift card has been used towards the purchase.
• Gift card balances do not have to be used in full. The gift cards can be used for multiple purchases until the balance has been depleted.
• Gift cards cannot be used to buy another gift card.
• Gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds. A new gift card would need to be purchased.
• If an item is returned, the refund will be issued back to a gift card.
