Do you offer coupon codes or discount codes?
The best way to find out about discounts or coupons is via instagram so make sure to follow us!
Can you customize my order?
Unfortunately, at the present time we are unable to accommodate special quantity requests. Please order in multiples to the closest actual quantity you are needing.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal.
I received my order and one of the items is incorrect/missing/damaged?
We are so sorry for our mistake. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package with what is incorrect, missing, and/or damaged. Please keep the entire contents of the package handy as we may need photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted. Please email hello@fortandfield.com with what items you will be shipping back. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. And, be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date. Make sure to ship returns properly (preferable in the original box and with all packing materials) as damaged returns cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Refund will be in the form of a store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped. Please note, however, that Shopify does not refund to us the fees charged for processing your payment. That fee will be deducted from the amount we refund back to you. If your order has already been shipped by us, please follow the process for returns above.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If you have verified you inputted a valid address at checkout, please check with your local post office to see what the issue was. In some cases, we have found there was an address change request you submitted to them within the past few years that is still lingering, is causing issues, and needs to be removed. If it is an instance like this, we can peel the "return to sender" label off and send back to you using the original postage. However, in other instances as well as if you inputted an incorrect address at checkout, new postage will need to be purchased (as the original label was already used going to you and back to us again). As a small business, unfortunately we cannot cover the frequent times new postage is needed due to these types of errors. Please email us to let us know the correct address and then submit payment for new postage via PayPal to hello@fortandfield.com in the same amount you paid on your original order. If you received free shipping on the first attempt, we will let you know the actual shipping charges for the second attempt so you can submit payment.

Will you share or sell my personal information with anyone?
Never. We will use your information to ship your package and to contact you if we have questions about your order. We will not share your name, email address, or contact information with any third parties unless required by law.
